Ticket Purchase Policy
It is our top priority to make your ticket purchasing experience efficient so we can have you on your way. Your ticket purchase is subject to the following terms.
Order Confirmation
If you did not receive a confirmation email after submitting your payment, it is your personal responsibility to confirm your payment was made via your PayPal or Bank account. Check your spam folder. If your account or card was charged, and you did not receive your confirmation, contact us by email. We will not be responsible for monetary losses if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive the confirmation email.
Canceled and Rescheduled Concerts
As we all know, concerts and events are often canceled or rescheduled. If this happens, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund procedures for that concert. If the event was canceled, and the ticket you purchased is deemed refundable, we will only refund the credit card or PayPal account that was used to purchase that ticket. If the event was rescheduled, tickets will not be refunded as your tickets will be honoured at the new date.
Ticket Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable. Only in certain special circumstances, and at the organizers discretion, will tickets be refunded. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review all information pertaining to the event you wish to attend. Service fees and applicable taxes (GST) will not be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be done using the same payment method that was used during the initial purchase of the ticket. We will not be liable for travel losses or any other personal expenses incurred in connection with a canceled or rescheduled concert.
Organizer & Artist Liability
Our concerts are considered “Rowdy”. You voluntarily assume all risks whether occurring before, during or after the event, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against us, the venue or artists on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. The event date and time are subject to change, please check your email and the Facebook event pages regularly for updates.
Respect the Rules
Upon entry, you agree to comply with all of the events applicable rules, policies, terms and conditions. Event organizers reserve the right, without refund, to refuse admission, or eject, any person who appears disrespectful or disorderly upon entry or during the event. Anyone using hateful or abusive language towards our employees or staff, or those who fail to comply with the event rules will be removed and/or denied entry. Your ticket is not redeemable for cash.
